In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/consultants can return or exchange the product purchased by them. The customers/consultants must contact the consultant/company (as the case may be) from whom they had purchased the products, within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with the original purchase invoice. They have to provide a reason and return the said products. In case the customer returns the product, it is the consultant’s obligation to satisfy the customer’s choice for a full refund or replacements of products.
- The Consultant have to immediately intimate the company about such return and return these products, with original Invoice to the Company within 7 days of their receipt from the customer. The Company will replace these products free of cost or product other product of the same value, alternatively if the consultant does not want the same products, the Company will refund amount to their account.
- Customer/Consultant have to provide the following details to claim the refund:

- Hence we have a provision of Buy Back Policy, in case at any point, you feel you wish to resign, you shall receive the full refund, depending on the Terms & Conditions applied.

Buy Back Policy:
- The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the consultant who wishes to resign from his/her consultantship and return any Jeetvedic products that are in good condition, unused, useable, resaleable, restock-able, unopened, unaltered and must have a shelf life of at least six months (All conditions must be fulfilled).
- If the Consultant resigns within 30 days from the purchase of the products, Jeetvedic shall provide a full refund for the products to the Consultant.
If the Consultant resigns from his/her consultantship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of purchase of products from Jeetvedic, then the amount refunded will be equal to consultant cost of the products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge.
The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the consultant is buying products wisely.
